When uploading a photo, verify it is the ORIGINAL digital photo (professional, digital camera or cell phone picture). Screenshots, pictures of pictures and scanned pictures WILL NOT WORK. The ideal size of the photo should be a minimum of 1MB. If a photo has "KB" in it's size, it is most likely has low resolution.
